During his 31 year career in Finance and Management Consulting Tasos Ladas has held positions in Corporate Finance as a Lending Officer at Xiosbank S.A. (from 1992 to 1996), in Commercial Lending as a Resident Vice President managing loan porftolio at Citibank N.A. / Citibank International Plc. (from 1996 to 2006) in the industrial, trading and service provision sectors, local and international, and in the field of Business Consulting with a number of individual clients since 2007.
His primary areas of expertise are to assist companies with obtaining the necessary financing in order to achieve their strategic objectives regarding their (new or existing) business development, locally and internationally.
More analytically, in order to maximize the chances of their successful financing, Tasos Ladas:

• Conducts the Deal Assessment (including the overseeing of the preparation of Feasibility Study / Business Plan where needed).
• Designs the appropriate custom made Financing Architecture solution, along with the respective Deal Structure and realistic Business Proposal.
• Identifies potential sources of funding, such as banks and / or various types of venture capital firms (combined with private equity, investment banking financing etc.), and / or government organizations.
• Presents the Deal to the above (existing and new) stakeholders.
• Negotiates the terms with them.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering B.Sc. from Boston University, and a 2 year M.B.A. in International Business Finance from Babson College (at Olin Graduate School of Business), in Massachusetts.
He has studied and worked for a number of years in USA, UK and Greece.
