Constantine is a highly accomplished lawyer, bringing 25 years of law experience in Tax and Corporate law across the U.S, the E.U and the Middle East.
He holds an LLM from Northwestern University – Pritzker School of Law in the U.S and a Law degree from National University of Athens.
He has gained his experience in partnership and managerial positions in Big4 and large law practices in the U.S and the E.U. His clientele include the Olayan Group, CCC, Deutsche Telecom, Lilly Pharmaserve, Bank of China, Societe Generale and other blue chip MNCs. Constantine has served as President of a US listed company and as Director of the Cabinet of the Competitiveness Secretary in Greece, advising on Transfer Pricing and tax policy issues.
